Bespoke sales engines
We design the architecture that connects catalogue, channels and back office —publishing rules, price per channel, order flow and invoicing— adapted to each business model.
We design and operate online sales engines that bring products, stock, prices and orders together in a single core and keep them synchronised with Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, Grumark and each brand’s own store.
Every channel has its own formats, categories and deadlines. veshops centralises the product and applies each channel’s rules to publishing, orders and invoicing.
We design the architecture that connects catalogue, channels and back office —publishing rules, price per channel, order flow and invoicing— adapted to each business model.
A master record with its identifiers (EAN, ASIN, SKU), images, brand, dimensions and texts in several languages. It is maintained in one place and each channel receives it in its own format.
Integration with the official Amazon (Selling Partner API) and eBay APIs, and with WooCommerce through our own plugin published on WordPress.org: catalogue, listings, orders and settlements.
Orders from every channel in a single view, stock from your own warehouse or the marketplace’s fulfilment network, and a price calculated for each channel with its fee and margin.
Each order reaches accounting with the destination country’s VAT broken down, its own invoice series and the buyer’s VAT number checked against VIES.
Sales, orders and margin by channel, marketplace and product, with period filters and data export.
The engine adapts each product to the channel —language, category, price and conditions— and collects the orders back. Select a channel to see what is synchronised.
Connection with Amazon’s official API for sellers. The catalogue comes in with its images, brand and dimensions, and sales arrive with their settlements.
Publishing and review of listings through the eBay API. Every listing is validated before it is sent, and its price is calculated with the fee for its category.
With our plugin, the WooCommerce store sends each order as it happens and the engine invoices it with the VAT of the destination country.
The catalogue is published on the Grumark marketplace directly from the master record, in four languages and with the price and VAT of the shipping country.
A store on the brand’s own domain, running on the same engine: it shares catalogue, orders and tax data with every other channel.
Other channels, ERPs or warehouse systems are integrated through custom-built connectors.
Every project starts with the channels the business already uses and grows channel by channel, without redoing what came before.
Each channel is authorised with its official access, and catalogue, stock and orders are brought in.
Identifiers, categories, attributes and images are unified into one master record per product.
Each channel receives the product in its own format, with its title, category and price. Whatever the channel would reject is corrected before it is sent.
Orders come back to the core, are invoiced with the applicable VAT and flow into accounting.
Sales, orders and margin by channel and marketplace. Data from each channel is normalised on arrival: a single currency, the same calculation criteria and amounts with VAT broken down.
A store on the brand’s own domain, with its own design and languages, sharing catalogue, orders and tax data with every other channel.
The seal links to a public page showing the identity of the selling company and the result of each check: tax data, domain, certificate and consumer information obligations.
Every check is dated. If one is no longer met, the seal is suspended automatically until it is corrected. It is issued from sello.veshops.com.
veshops comes from the day-to-day management of online sellers operating in several countries. That is why publishing, orders and invoicing are part of a single flow rather than separate tools.
Tell us which channels you work with and how many products you manage. We will show you the engine applied to your case.
If you already have an ecomverify account, channels and stores are in your dashboard.
